Just being careless can cost you time, money, and possibly loss of relationships. But the above consequences are still very mild in the wild world, the careless person will sometimes have to pay with his own life.
The wild natural world has always been a fascinating place for all of us. It can be the beautiful scenery of forests, mountains, seas and lakes, flocks of animals gathering, living together in a very poetic setting.
And nature can get really confusing, too. Just appearing in the wrong place, at the wrong time, even a high or low level carnivore will become someone else’s food.
Recently, during an experimental trip to the desert, naturalist Busani Mtshali captured a video that surprised and scared the audience.
Opening with a peaceful scene with the main character is a cheetah drinking water by a deserted lake.
To evaluate, cheetahs are also ranked at the top of the food chain because of their superior hunting ability. Endowed with agility, a cheetah when hunting can reach speeds of up to 112 km/h. Its speed and quick eyes make cheetahs one of the best predators on the African savannah.
The average cheetah hunts about 7.5 tons of meat per year, more than any other carnivore in the world.
So majestic, but in the clip, just because of a minute of carelessness when drinking water, the cheetah was eaten by a crocodile from somewhere swimming to the bottom of the lake.
It happened too quickly and dangerously, the leopard could barely resist the sheer power of the crocodile.
Filming the whole incident, Mr. Mtshali said: “The crocodile was too cunning when choosing a opponent as a young leopard, so the resistance was still weak. The sad thing was when I witnessed the mother leopard standing. on the verge of despair watching my child being eaten. The pain of losing my biological child is clearly shown in every gesture and action that makes me feel it too.”
The video is the clearest evidence for the point, no matter how powerful and strong you are, somewhere in society, there will still be someone else who can defeat you at any time.
